Refund Policy for digital products

At UGC Uni, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy has specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No refunds for downloaded products

Once a digital product has been purchased, we cannot offer a refund. This is because digital products are intangible, and once delivered, they cannot be returned.

2. Defective or corrupted files

If you encounter any issues with your purchased file, such as corruption or errors that prevent it from being used as intended, please contact us at support@ugcuni.com. We will provide a working replacement file.

3. Technical issues and errors

As with any digital product, technical issues or bugs may occur that impact the usability of certain elements. Our team will work to resolve these issues promptly. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the full content and materials for more than 7 business days, you may be eligible for a partial refund as determined by our customer service team.
